Ladies will flirt to see if they get a reaction, to find if they are looking good and are impressive, even when they are not fascinated with a man. They will flirt with a man they are only keen on being friends with.
One solution to get better control of these conditions is to check out all the communication channels that a woman is making use of to communicate - Like by word of mouth, emotional, physical, psychological, and sexual communications.
When a girl likes you she probably will communicate that she likes you through all of the communications channels. When she is simply playing around she will give you confusing communications. So when you see a woman flirting with you, but she does not support the flirting by showing you she likes you through ALL the communication channels - don't take the flirtation serious.
