These are the components that you need in addition to what your company provides for your business. To systematically have the ability to recruit, you need to stand out amid others. Your distinctiveness and your personality will be able to do that. You only have to be yourself. Using the psychology of personal branding can make it easy. Your brand does not need to attract everybody. Underneath it all, people like to relate to other people. Predominantly if they are just similar to them. They understand that no one is perfect so when they see some characteristics that shows that they are similar to them, they are naturally attracted. And so we have the three elements of "Personality", "Competency", and "Differentiation" which make up "Personal Branding". Using personal branding with MLM is a must. So be your self and get out there.
